These positions involve some market research but mostly what we need are individuals who love to be on the phone, enjoy challenges, set the bar high for themselves, and have a passion for sales and personal achievements. You would become a key member of our sales team, speaking with all types of companies, from one-person search firms to multi-billion dollar organizations. This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow in an industry and company with unlimited potential.  Experienced sales representatives must have strong B2B telesales experience with executive level contacts. Cold calling and prospecting experience are also a must. Maturity, good computer skills, self-motivation and an outgoing personality will make you a top producer here. Experience selling online services, advertising or a related product would be helpful as well. We are also starting a Sales Trainee program within our company to help develop the next generation of superstar sales associates. Our trainees will have an intensive sales training program where they will learn techniques and strategies in telesales and recruitment advertising. Successful trainees can expect to be promoted to sales associates and to develop into top producers within LatPro.
